Our Story

Located in the heart of Northeast Ohio, just one mile from the historic charm and waterfalls of Chagrin Falls in the scenic Chagrin Valley, Glass Asylum 2 is a unique small-to-medium event venue designed for unforgettable gatherings.

An expansion of Glass Asylum, a creative staple that has proudly served and loved the Chagrin Valley community for over a decade, our modern event space carries forward the same artistic spirit and attention to detail that locals know and trust.

More than just a blank event space, our showroom features stunning glass displays throughout the venue. Handmade glass chandeliers, hand painted abstract murals, and rotating art installations create a one-of-a-kind backdrop for your special event.

We host bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, micro-weddings, and more for guests across the Chagrin Valley and greater Northeast Ohio. Flexible Hourly Rates | 3-Hour Minimum

Host your event on your schedule. We offer flexible hourly rates designed for everything from intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations.

  • Mon-Thurs | Starting at $150/Hour

    Friday | Starting at $175/Hour

    Saturday | Starting at $200/Hour

    Sunday | Starting at $175/Hour

    3 Hour Minimum Rental Time.
    Set-up and clean-up time must be included in rental window.
    Standard rentals between 10AM-10PM.
    Additional rates may apply for rentals outside of regular hours.
    Does not include required staffing charges, taxes, or bar service.

    • Industrial Design: Polished concrete floors, soaring ceilings, and funky, hand-painted murals.

    • Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Dedicated patio space featuring a garage door for seamless transitions.

    • Designer Seating Areas: Soft seating sections with coordinating murals and artwork for a curated lounge feel.

    • Handcrafted Statement Pieces: Two live-edge wood communal tables (seating for 16) and a built-in live-edge buffet table.

    • Dining & Cocktail Tables: 6 high-top cocktail tables, 4 six-foot rounds, 6 five-foot rounds, and an 8-foot folding table for catering prep.

    • Seating & Linens: Up to 90 black folding chairs and black tablecloths included.

    • Bar Services: Full-service bar with both hosted and cash bar options available.

    • Audio/Visual: Sonos surround sound system and 3 flatscreen TVs for presentations or slideshows.

    • Essential Comforts: Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, and free on-site parking.

    • Vendor Support: Industrial staging room equipped with a loading dock and garage door access for easy load-in/load-out.

Bar & Beverage Service

All beverage service is handled in-house by our team, with hosted and cash bar options available. Outside beverages are not permitted due to licensing requirements. Contact us for complete bar and package details.

Catering

Glass Asylum 2 does not currently have a kitchen. We welcome outside caterers, giving you the flexibility to choose the food and service style that best fits your event. We’re also happy to share recommendations for vendors who know and love our space.
